Amanda de Lima Santos
Owner and Instructor
Born and raised in Brazil, Amanda has been passionate about sports and movement since childhood. Volleyball was her first love, igniting a lifelong dedication to physical activity and human performance.
With a strong foundation in sports and fitness, Amanda pursued a degree in Physical Education, followed by post-grad specialisation in Exercise Physiology and Resistance Training. Amanda began her full time career in personal training in 2007, and she has designed health and life performance programmes for working professionals, people rehabilitating from injuries, and athletes.
The discovery of Pilates was a turning point that reshaped her approach to movement and rehabilitation. As it's a discipline that promotes both mental and physical health.
In 2011 she completed the Comprehensive Instructor Training Programme at Hearts and Bones training programme. Since then, Pilates has been at the core of her teaching philosophy, blending strength, control and mobility.
Continuously seeking growth and innovation, Amanda expanded her expertise by completing the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) programme in 2022. Integrating FRC into her practice has led to incredible results, reinforcing the belief that healthy, mobile joints contribute to longevity and overall vitality.
Most recently, Amanda completed the Pelvis Pro Course, deepening her knowledge in pre- and postpartum care. This specialization has fueled even greater enthusiasm for supporting clients through the transformative stages of pregnancy and recovery.
For Amanda, movement is more than just exercise—it’s a way of life. Her passion lies in helping others move better, feel stronger, and live with greater freedom and longevity.
