introductory classes
Each new client starts with a package of 3 private sessions. These classes give us an opportunity to understand and learn about your body. This includes a postural evaluation, movement assessment, an introduction to the machines and the Pilates repertoire. In these classes a personalized program will be developed focussing on your specific goals and most relevant needs.
private classes
If you are looking for a personalised approach to develop a Pilates and movement practice, this is the class for you. One on one classes allow us to tailor sessions specific for your needs and goals. Private classes are the best way to accelerate your learning and help you to get the most out of your training.
duet classes
An excellent alternative to privates for people who still want a more individualised environment and attention. Individualised programs are written for each of the two clients who will share the studio space and time with the instructor. Your unique needs are addressed as we work together toward achieving all your fitness, health and wellbeing goals. This class can be shared with a friend, partner or a family member.
group classes
In this small group class (maximum of 3 clients) you will utilise a variety of equipment such as Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair and other small apparatus (foam roller, Swiss ball, flex ring, etc). Specific exercises are chosen so that you can be your best self, functionally and physically. Each class is individually focused and highly supervised to ensure personal attention and safety.
